Children take one level scoop (1.5g) daily for general wellbeing.
If supplementing this product for the first time, start with half a scoop and increase by half a scoop every 5 days until full dose is reached for full benefits.

NEW RAW MATERIAL UPDATE 2024:
We’ve made a small but important update to our formula by replacing our probiotic yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae spp. boulardii ingredient with a more stable and reliable raw material of the same strain variant. This decision was made to enhance the product’s stability and overall quality. This does not change our label claims or benefits, however it does affect a slight change in appearance. Instead of a light yellow powder, buyers will now see more brown speckles of beneficial yeast present in the formula. This slight color variation has no impact on benefits but the change does indicate an improvement in our formula’s quality and efficacy.

I was looking for a pre and probiotic product that was/is low fodmap. I could find anything. Thankfully I came across this Synbiotic Powder. I was having 2 kiwi fruits as a pre biotic to help with IBS-C but the fruit was always available or ripe. The prebioticin this powder is made from golden kiwi fruit, so it’s perfect for IBS that leans towards constipation.
Also the fact that it strengthens the immune system, creates a healthy microbiome environment in the gut and protects the respiratory system adds to my already healthy diet. Yhe other great aspect is that all of this aids in a healthier transition when going through perimenopause , menopause, and post menopause. The microbiome and probiotics are one essential part in this transition in keeping the areas where collagen declines, healthy. I add it to my morning drink that has magnesium powder, macca powder and VC. It’s Australian made and owned, and the founder is a lovely as I have had correspondence with her. She was very helpful.

Faaaaaaantastic! I take the synbiotic powder with grass fed beef gelatine powder in water when I get out of bed every morning. It’s been excellent in relieving constipation, an IBS major symptom I have been experiencing and diagnosed with since a younger teenager. I am on a FODMAP diet and haven’t been able to find a product that has a low fodmap prebiotic with the probiotic. So this has been so great to have found and to say it is working well for me. I no longer need to eat 2 kiwi fruit each day, to keep regular (which is a recommendation from the Monash FODMAP scientists. I love kiwi, but it’s not always available or ripe enough. The probiotic and prebiotic work well. The founder of Gutbiome is lovely. The team are helpful. Great product. *it takes a couple of months to recolonise the gut and see the bigger improvements. I am a doctor (MD). I have chronic arthralgia in my feet and knees. I am also a bit of a binge drinker. I reasoned my arthralgia was due to leaky gut caused by alcohol and deficiency of Faecalibacterium prausnitzii (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31689142/). NSAIDS (eg. ibuprofen) just make this condition worse due to their detrimental effect on gut barrier. I bought some of your powder and the arthralgia went away. I ran out and it came back within a couple of weeks. In the last week it has been so bad I could barely get out of bed and walk to the door. I ordered more of your product (tablets) and two days later the pain has almost entirely gone. I don’t need a clinical trial to see what helped me. Cause and effect obvious here due to timing. Pretty sure it is the Livaux as conventional probiotics do not help.
